Rokhbarz is not open yet. Today this website does one thing with personal information: it takes an email address from people who want to hear when we open. This page explains exactly what happens to it.

What we collect

We do not ask for your name, phone number, or payment details anywhere on this site.

Why we collect it

To write to you about the opening, membership, and events at Rokhbarz — nothing else. We do not sell, rent, or share your email with anyone for their own marketing.

Who can see it

Your email is stored and sent using service providers who process it on our behalf: Supabase (database), Resend (email delivery), and Netlify (website hosting). If you accept analytics, Google Analytics also receives anonymised usage data. Some of these providers store data outside Québec, including in the United States, which means it may be subject to the laws of those countries.

How long we keep it

Until you ask us to remove it, or until the opening list is no longer in use — whichever comes first.

Your rights

Under Québec's Law 25 and Canadian privacy law, you may ask us to: see the information we hold about you, correct it, delete it, or stop writing to you. Every email we send includes an unsubscribe link, and you can always write to us directly.

Cookies

The site sets no cookies unless you accept analytics. If you accept and later change your mind, clear your browser's site data for rokhbarz.com and you will be asked again.

Contact
